Why do we meditate with crystals and gemstones?
Well, it's not really about whether or not you actually believe in healing powers of crystals, it's more about believing in the power to heal yourself through active acknowledgement and awareness. Since each crystal has specific Chakra associations and metaphysical properties, you may use them as tools to help you focus your attention on an area of your mind and body while exposed to that crystal. Everyone has their own form of ridding their mind of negativity, whether it be journaling, exercising, meditating, etc. Meditating and introducing crystals into your daily life can make you a more mindful person.
Think of meditating with crystals as a physical manifestation of your thoughts. When used for healing, these stones are said to absorb or redirect the negativity you’re working to release. While holding a crystal, visualize yourself confiding in it your unhappy thoughts, unleashing and infusing your problems into it. After you are finished, it is important to cleanse the crystal, similar to writing a note and burning it - a physical act of releasing your attachment to those thoughts. There are multiple ways to cleanse your crystals - One of them, for example, is with running water (preferably filtered/not tap and not recommended for brittle crystals). Close your eyes and picture your problems and negativity washing away. Crystals often travel long distances, from source to seller, before a purchase is made. Each transition exposes the stone to energies that may be misaligned with your own. Regularly cleansing and recharging your stones is the only way to restore your crystal to its natural state.
Charge up your crystals again in direct sunlight/moonlight. Every time you charge your crystals, they turn your unhappy thoughts into more positive ones. In turn, each time you meditate with them, the positivity becomes stronger, therefore amplifying and reconfirming that happiness is synthetic and you have the power to create it. Essentially, if you are aware of something negative in your life, then you have the choice every time to change it.

- It is important for us to make your bracelet or anklet to fit exactly where you want it.-
(*For anklet buyers, you may measure your ankle just the same way as you measure your wrists.)
Measuring around your wrist or ankle is different than measuring a bracelet or anklet from end to end lengthwise.
Please note: Different bead sizes affect the the measurement of your bracelet lengthwise. Regardless of bead size, the inside circumference of your bracelet is all the same.
Here's how to measure your wrist: Wrap around your wrist using a thin flexible measuring tape, and measure where you would like to wear your bracelet
*No need to add extra length. We add close to a 1/4 inch to each bracelet for your comfort.
NO MEASURING TAPE?
If you don't have a flexible measuring tape handy, you may use a strip of thin paper or a thin string (be sure they are thin). Wrap and mark where it overlaps on your wrist, and then lay the strip or string flat to measure up to the mark using a standard ruler.
