Shipping & Returns

Returns & Exchanges:

Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we wish to earn your trust. Please read product descriptions thoroughly and ask questions before making a purchase.

The refund amount will be your purchased price. You may return an item for refund or exchange within 30 days of the shipment receipt. We may charge a 20% restocking fee according to the reason for return. In some cases, we may waive the restocking fee. Shipping fee is non-refundable. Buyers will pay for all return shipping expenses.

Shipping Policy:

All items will be shipping from China via the most reliable carriers. Orders will be fulfilled within 24 hours of received payment except for Saturdays, Sundays and major USA and China holidays. Express shipping available varies from country to country. Please contact us for rate.


*During holiday shopping seasons, we will still ship your orders within one business day, but the delivery time of your shipment may be moderately delayed by your local customs and postal services. 

*Tracking number will always be provided. 

 *We reserved the right not to ship to unconfirmed shipping addresses.

Additional Shipping Information:

Shipments to the United States are usually shipped via SF Express or ePacket, and delivered by USPS. Orders are delivered between 7 to 17 business days.

Shipments to other countries are shipped via EMS/China Post, which may take 8 to 21 business delivery days.

*The actual delivery time will depend on your Local Postal Services, weather conditions, and Customs Inspection. 

 *Large quantity orders will be based on stock availability. Back-order accepted.

 

Wrist / Ankle Measurement
- It is important for us to make your bracelet or anklet to fit exactly where you want it.-
(*For anklet buyers, you may measure your ankle just the same way as you measure your wrists.) 
Measuring around your wrist or ankle is different than measuring a bracelet or anklet from end to end lengthwise.
Please note: Different bead sizes affect the the measurement of your bracelet lengthwise. Regardless of bead size, the inside circumference of your bracelet is all the same. 

Here's how to measure your wrist: Wrap around your wrist using a thin flexible measuring tape, and measure where you would like to wear your bracelet
*No need to add extra length. We add close to a 1/4 inch to each bracelet for your comfort.




NO MEASURING TAPE?
No problem!

If you don't have a flexible measuring tape handy, you may use a strip of thin paper or a thin string (be sure they are thin). Wrap and mark where it overlaps on your wrist, and then lay the strip or string flat to measure up to the mark using a standard ruler.
